About Cran
You’ve never met a Cran* like him. Cran Tindle-May has an exotic name and eclectic resume.
Before his Real Estate career, he managed a 154-hectare farm for over a decade, worked in the family hardware business, spent a lot of his youth fencing, running his own saw milling business and breeding Droughtmaster cattle. However, most recently, he was one a few most trusted go-to handymen for the top five Real Estate Agents in Ipswich.
Real Estate Sales is a natural fit for Cran because while working in the Industry he got used to seeing the good, bad and ugly of Property Management and Property Sales. It wasn’t until he bought his first house in Ipswich that he took a keen interest in the local market. He and his wife now own three houses in Ipswich and are on the lookout for their fourth (forever) home.
Having an Agent with so much skin in the game, is important because you need someone who not only put their money where their mouth is but has a personal understanding of how important every step of the process is. Sometimes selling a house is smooth sailing, sometimes it’s not.
We joke around and say CRAN’S YOUR MAN but really, he’s just a straight up guy who knows his stuff and very simply, likes the challenge and satisfaction of selling houses.
* Yes, Cran is his real name and it’s not short for anything.
